Company policy

The Management of KEPLER INGENIERÍA Y ECOGESTIÓN, S.L. is aware of the importance and relationship of its activity with the environment and, therefore, considers it essential to guarantee excellent quality in all our engineering, consultancy and inspection services in our environmental, energy, biotechnological laboratory and industrial safety areas.

To this end, the following COMPANY POLICY has been approved with the aim of achieving: (i) continuous improvement in the processes for the provision of our services; (ii) greater control of the waste collected and generated by our own activity; (iii) favouring, to the extent of our possibilities, the protection of the environment; and (iv) implementing the necessary measures to provide workers with an adequate level of safety at work.

Likewise, to ensure the conformity of all our actions with our Company Policy, the Management has established and implemented a Management System based on the requirements of the following standards: (i) UNE-EN ISO 9001: ‘Quality Management Systems. Requirements’; (ii) UNE EN ISO 14001: ’Environmental Management Systems. Requirements with guidance for use’; (iii) UNE EN ISO 17020 “Inspection bodies”; and (iv) ISO 45001: ’Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Requirements with guidance for use’.

The Company Policy is based on the following commitments:

  1. Commitment to protect the safety and health of our team and collaborators, preventing work-related injuries and health deterioration and providing safe and healthy workplaces. Continuous attention will be paid to the identification and elimination of hazards that may cause injury and illness to workers, assigning responsibilities in preventive matters so as to achieve the integration of prevention in all the company’s activities and at all hierarchical levels.
  2. Commitment to promote the professional and personal development of all KEPLER staff, through our career plan and our training plan.
  3. Commitment to protect the environment and our surroundings through actions and measures aimed at preventing any type of pollution that may arise in the development of our activity.
  4. Commitment to strive for excellence in all our services and to carry out our work within a management environment that guarantees continuous improvement in our processes, in our methods of action and in our relations with interested parties, through the establishment and periodic review of our objectives, aimed at improving environmental performance and health protection, as well as the organisation’s management system.
  5. Commitment to comply with all our obligations and commitments (legal, contractual, quality or other) that, within the framework of our activity, are applicable to our processes, the execution of our services and the health and safety of our workers.
  6. Commitment to promote an understanding and dissemination of our company policy within our organisation, encouraging participation and consultation through training and continuous communication with our employees and external collaborators.
  7. Commitment to effectively control all our processes, and in particular, the following issues:
    • Quality of our products
    • Efficiency and effectiveness of our services
    • Relations with our customers
    • Control of waste, especially that which is the property of our customers.
    • Generating a safe working environment for both employees and suppliers.
  8. Commitment to make our company policy available to the general public, for their knowledge on our website.
