OUR SERVICES

Proactive Risk Assessment and Management in Projects and Industries

We anticipate the needs of each type of project and industry, identifying and analyzing potential risks and their solutions, in the short, medium and long term.

To this end, we adapt our study to the needs of each project, although, for reasons of time and cost, this process tends to be divided into a first documentary phase and a second phase of detailed study when, in the first phase, significant environmental risks or liabilities are identified.

Phase I

Initial Study | Documentary

  • Identification of sensitive environments and environmental aspects related to their location.
  • Documentary review / Environmental history
  • Validation of information
  • R&Wtechnical review, indemnities and suspensive conditions
  • On-site survey of facilities and land
  • Red Flag report or, if applicable, descriptive report

Phase II

Detailed study: In situ

  • Exploratory and detailed soil and groundwater characterization studies
  • Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA)
  • Soil remediation and cleanup projects
  • Development of control and follow-up plans
