Supplier Communication

The purpose of this communication is to inform you that KEPLER INGENIERÍA Y ECOGESTIÓN, S.L. has implemented an Integrated Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety Management System, based on the reference standards UNE-EN-ISO 9001, UNE-EN-ISO 14001 and UNE-EN-ISO 45001.

In compliance with the requirements of these standards and as a supplier, maintainer or subcontractor of our company, we inform you of the minimum requirements that apply to the provision of your service.

Firstly, KEPLER is committed to guaranteeing excellent quality in all our services. Therefore, under our Management System, an objective process of evaluation and selection of all our suppliers has been implemented. To this end, in order to qualify them as KEPLER Approved Suppliers, the following will be evaluated:

  • The quality of the product/service supplied.
  • The availability of the product/service supplied.
  • Compliance with delivery/service provision deadlines.
  • Compliance with the environmental requirements established by the applicable regulations.
  • Compliance with the occupational health and safety requirements established both by current legislation and by the internal regulations of KEPLER and our customers.

All incidents or anomalies occurring will be recorded as Non-Conformity, if deemed necessary. The subsequent establishment of business relations on your part shall imply that you accept all the requirements specified in our orders or, if applicable, in the particular conditions established. Failure to perform (non-conformities) on any of these criteria will result in a negative assessment. KEPLER will study each case and may ultimately result in its de-approval as a Supplier of our company. Likewise, in compliance with the requirements of the reference standards and as a supplier, maintainer or subcontractor of our company, we inform you of the minimum requirements that apply to you in relation to the provision of your service.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL SUPPLIERS:

  • To guarantee compliance with what is requested in the purchase order.
  • Comply with the legislation applicable to the service you are providing (authorisations or registrations as an authorised entity, technical inspections, etc.).
  • To guarantee the correct management and control of waste, atmospheric emissions, noise, spillages, hazardous products, soil affection and maintenance of installations with respect to the service provided.
  • Respond to any incident caused by him, as a consequence of carrying out the work, and restore the damage caused.
  • To apply the necessary preventive measures to avoid situations of danger or emergency during the performance of the work entrusted and to train and inform its personnel about the work to be carried out in our installations.
  • To provide KEPLER with the documentation required for the development of the contracted services.
