What is an Inspection Entity?
KEPLER, as an inspection entity accredited by the National Accreditation Entity (ENAC), is authorized to:
- Perform supervisory or testing work following the requirements and guidelines of ISO 17.020.
- Perform an objective, impartial and independent assessment of a site’s compliance with applicable soil and groundwater environmental regulations.

What do we offer?
Our services are divided into three phases of soil and associated groundwater management:
Study or Diagnostic Phase
- Soil base study.
- Exploratory and detailed investigations of soil and groundwater quality.
- Quantitative Risk Analysis for human health and ecosystems.
Decontamination or Remediation Phase
- Soil and groundwater quality monitoring and control programs.
- Internal certifications (“tracking”) of compliance with target values.
Verification or Certification Phase
- External certifications (of “verification”) of compliance with the target values.
